Chrome is crashed after wakeup on surface book

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Close lid on surface book
2. wake up and usually chrome is crashed

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I opened my laptop and see no chrome windows open. When I open chrome, I get message attached.

This happens on both corp and personal laptops(reporting from personal)

Crashed report ID: No, I never do when this issue happens

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I never get any bug reports with this particular issue. Please let me know if you need me to do anything else.

@ranjitkan, chrome crashes so hard that I never get any reports in chrome://crashes for this particular issue.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing the issue as there is no user update on this for long.

Requesting to file a new issue with crash id if such crashes are still seen on the latest stable-56.0.2924.87 & canary#58.0.3003.0.
