Missing pcre regexp

Reported by gerald.h...@gmail.com, Jul 2 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Please add PRCE-Regexp to V8 < http://www.pcre.org/ >

What is the expected behavior?
using regex property like \p{L} ...

What went wrong?
As of now you need emscripten-code like this https://regex101.com/js/pcrelib16.js

for adding the functionallity.

for backward compatibility you can use a flag like "p"

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106 Channel: stable
OS Version: Opensuse
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
