With change https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/355720/ we added test suite usb_detect that runs over DUTs in pool_usb_peripherals

I chumped it two days ago.

Lets monitor and see if it doesn't run in the next several days, to investigate why is still not. It should have same dependencies as kernel_usb suite, but branch_specs(>=tot-2 vs. ==tot-2).
