Issue description

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome Canary
(2)
(3)
What is the expected result?
Shows my default page
What happens instead?
Shows a black screen.
However I can workaround this by simply minimizing the window and the from the chrome canary icon open a new window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

nlucool@ Thnaks for the issue. Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 10 using chrome latest version 54.0.2787.0. Could you please try the issue by upgrading chrome to latest version 54.0.2787.0 and update the thread if the issue still persists. Thanks,
