Upon opening, screen is all black

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Uninstall/Reinstall
2. Changed compatibility to Windows 8
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Black screen on windows 10 after restarting computer

Did this work before? Yes 7/1 11:00 AM PST

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 10)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Happens the same to me. However I can workaround this by simply minimizing the window and then from the chrome canary icon on the taskbar open a new window.
