clear browse history failed to show in new setting page.

features: clear browse history in new setting page

bugs: 
1. Open history
2. click "clear history"
3. new setting page opened
4. nothing was shown in the setting page opened.

Workaround(?): after getting the blank setting page, click on "go back to old setting" to use old setting page. browse history could be cleared using old setting page.
