Sticky printer memory for a win7 print driver which doesn't work having upgraded to win10 - causes chrome to crash, and no way of changing the last used printer

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Win10 incompatible print driver installed in win7, and set as last used printer in chrome
2. Upgrade to win10
3. try to print

What is the expected behavior?
It should print

What went wrong?
Chrome closes without any notification

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Do you have a crash report id? https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/bug-reporting-guidelines/reporting-crash-bug

If you uninstall the bad printer, does that help?
