Black screen in Canary 7/1/2016

Chrome Version       : Canary from 7/1/2016
OS Version: 10.0 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html?platform=win64
2. Install
3. Observe black screen with no tabs.

What is the expected result?
Previously opened tabs or new tab should be opened

What happens instead of that?
Black screen with only Collapse/Expand/Close native windows controls.

Re-downloaded installer several times, re-installed several times. Last attempt helped. Works now..
