MemoryInfra: symbolize_trace should skip frames in non-executables |

Issue descriptionTried to symbolize a trace today on Linux Desktop, but the script got stuck in a loop with addr2line trying to symbolize symbols from icudtl.dat (ICU data) and failing (which is expected). I think we should just ignore to symbolize something after Nattempts. It is expected that we have stack traces in icudtl.dat (and in general it can happen as a mistake of the unwinder).
