Box for changing language disappears from viewport..

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Fetch accounts.google.com
2. Change the language to Deutsch

What is the expected behavior?
The box for changing language should not disappears.

What went wrong?
The box for changing language disappears.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

The issue was reproduced on Samsung Tab E Model

It is a content issue:
From the content we understand "div class= google-footer-bar" (div that contains elements seen in footer) contains the 2 elements :
1. ul element id="footer-list" which contains About Google, Privacy, Terms & Help 
2. div element id ="lang-vis-control" which contains language selection box.

When the language is changed to Deutsch, the 'language selection box' and the ul element cannot reside on the same line as the size occupied by ul box increases with Deutsch selection.
About Google, Privacy, Terms & Help when written in "Deutsch" occupies more space. 
Thus, pushing the language selection box out of the viewport and is not visible on screen.

The issue occurs on Tablet which has less screen width. 

And also observed on Desktop on resizing the window size to smaller widths.

Could you share a screen shot please? On accounts.google.com I am not seeing anything that seems to correspond to you description of the problem.
