Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install latest ARC and ARC Welder
2. Switch to Japanse to ensure Japanese keyboard and Google Japanese Input Method added
3. Open ARC Welder and launch Android APK app
4. Focus any Input Field and press Kana or Eisu or Kana/Eisu

What is the expected behavior?
- "Kana" > The key right of Space, Switching to Japanese input method from English
- "Eisu" > The key left of Space, Switching to English input method from Japanese
- "Kana/Eisu"> The key left of 1, Switching to Japanese input method from English and otherwise.

What went wrong?
Nothing happen. You can refer to the behavior on Chrome Address bar.
