What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) As soon as the Chromebook boots, click "Storage management" from chrome://settings.
(2) Check the size of "Android storage"  (assuming it is available on the Chromebook)

What is the expected output?
It should show the size of Android storage, but it can show "Unknow".
This occurs because it takes around 10 seconds for the bridge service to be available.
In this case, storage manager should retry fetching the size after the bridge service is ready, rather than show "Unknown".
