Regression : History content is seen missing on resizing the window

Version: 53.0.2785.0

Pre-Condition : Enable 'Material Design history' flag from 'chrome://flags'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to chrome://history page
(2)Now resize the window until the horizontal scrollbar is seen -> Now observe L.H.S content (please refer Video and screenshot)

Expected: History content should be seen clearly  on resizing the window
Actual: Instead  History content is  seen missing


This is Regression Issue broken  in M-53
will update the bisect info and Win behaviour soon

Below are the better Repro steps:
(1)Sign in to chrome so that history of other devices is synced 
(2)Now Go to chrome://history page -> Now resize the window until the horizontal and Vertical scrollbars are seen
(3)Now click on Synced Tabs -> Observe content at L.H.S (Please refer screenshot and Video)

Note: 
1.Issue is also seen on Win OS
2.Attaching Expected video


Manual good and Bad Builds:
Good Build: 53.0.2784.1
Bad Build:  53.0.2785.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows using chrome latest Dev M53-53.0.2785.0. Observed the history content is not seen completely once resizing the window.

Note: Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.11.5

Kindly ignore the comment #2 Note. 
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.11.5 as well using chrome latest Dev 53.0.2785.0 .

MD History: Fix item sizing in small windows

This CL introduces a style mixin which can be applied consistently
across pages to show content with the correct padding and width. Using
this mixin fixes an issue where some content was hidden off the left of
the page in small window sizes.
