WebRtcGetUserMediaBrowserTest.GetUserMediaWithMandatorySourceID flaky in Windows Clang debug builds

Project Member Reported by h...@chromium.org, Jul 1 2016

Issue description

(See the blocked bug.)

content_browsertests's WebRtcGetUserMediaBrowserTest.GetUserMediaWithMandatorySourceID has been failing flakily on Windows Clang debug builds lately.

I don't think there's anything we could have done in Clang to cause this, and the tests in this file seem to have a history of being flaky.

WebRTC folks: any idea what's going on here or how we can debug it? The test passes reliably on my machine so I'm not even sure where to start. Do the printed error messages mean anything to you, e.g. https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/CrWinClang%28dbg%29%20tester/builds/5846/steps/content_browsertests%20on%20Windows-7-SP1/logs/stdio ?
