After Chrome restart, text is blurry and almost unreadable

Running Windows 10 on a new energy efficient desktop.

Restarted chrome with chrome://restart and when it restarted, the text quality was very bad. Screenshot attached.

It took 2 more restarts of Chrome to get text looking correct again.

In M51, chrome will follow the OS anti-aliasing settings, so this is intended behavior. Although it is slightly odd that restarting chrome would turn AA back on...
