Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Hit the URL: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_select in chrome browser canary version.
2) Then start selecting different choices with long tap.
3) Keep doing step no. 2 ( atleast do it for 2 mins)
4) After certain moment, you will start seeing that you can't expand choice drop-down & here browser becomes unresponsive.( Please note that sometime we can see that choice drop-down gets expanded when we tap on it for two or three times. But if you again keep doing step no. 2 , you will see same issue & after some seconds, you will see page becomes unresponsive. Video shared for this too:

Browser should not lockup

This was easier to reproduce in our app on the chromebook with touch
