Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click, Inspect element
2. Click the sources tab
3. Wait

What is the expected behavior?
The sources tab should pause and not load for about 15 seconds, then when it loads it should look and act normal. When you put a breakpoint, it will lag for another 15 seconds, then become laggy once the program breaks.

What went wrong?
The code powering the dev tools release this last update was buggy.
