Ctrl+Shift+Delete opens an empty page instead of Delete user data

features: Delete user data doesn't work.

bugs:
1. Enable Material Design settings
2. Press «Ctrl+Shift+Delete» and you'll see an empty page instead of delete user data dialog.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
