Chrome Remote Desktop on iOS does not allow switching keyboard language.

Reported by pisarev...@gmail.com, Jun 30 2016

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect from iOS to Windows using CRD.
2. Try to change keyboard language in iOS.
3. "Globe key" to switch language is missing.

What is the expected behavior?
"Globe key" is present and iOS native keyboard will change its language.

What went wrong?
Anyway if you will switch the language on the remote PC using mouse - it will change and you will type on for example Russian using English keys on iPaid.

Did this work before? N/A

Filed this bug on the internal bug tracker (b/29934298) because i'm not sure the Chromoting folks use this tracker.

We may need update the iOS client to support text events in order to implement this.
Fixed in newest version of app. ETA for release is ~Q3 2017.
