Issue descriptionChrome Version : 51.0.2704.103 m 32 bits URLs (if applicable) : Every google search result page (Example:https://www.google.com.br/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=LQR1V-PqBaOX8QfRw7OwAg#q=cars) Other browsers tested: Internet Explorer Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Not Tested Firefox: Not Tested IE: PASS (9.0.8112.16421) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Go to www.google.com.br and search for anything (2)At the result page, right click over the google logo (3)Now click on ''save image as...'' What is the expected result? A 'Only-logo image' What happens instead? You can download a image full of symbols that can mean something to google Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This is not a bug. The image is rendered inside an anchor with overflow hidden and explicit size, so all but the logo is clipped out of the image. It is better to save the entire source image than to try to save a clipped version. If you care only about the sub-image, you can crop the saved image yourself. |
