A lot of suggestions poll a recorded making the analysis difficult.

Record only one poll action if the same field is queried for suggestions multiple times consecutively.

Sure!

1- Open up chrome
2- Set up an autofill profile and make sure autofill is enabled.
3- Navigate to chrome://user-actions
4- Open a new tab and navigate to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
5- Go to the "Profile Autofill" part of the page (top of the page) and start typing the name associated with the saved profile in the "Name" field.
6- Go to the chrome://user-actions tab and make sure there was only one Autofill_PolledProfileSuggestions user action recorded for the the typing.

Clarification:

before this CL there were a number of Autofill_PolledProfileSuggestions equal to the number of characters typed by the user. Now there should only be one or so of there user-actions per field.

Rechecked this on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04, MAC 10.11.5, Verified as per the above steps and observing only one Autofill_PolledProfileSuggestions user action was recorded for the typing. attached a screenshot for the same.

@ sebsg: Request you to please verify it and update us if this is intended. so that we can add TE-verified labels.
