Acid3 fails to render properly.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://acid3.acidtests.org/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. goto http://acid3.acidtests.org/ in incognitomode after disabling addins
2. see result
3. red text appears saying "you should not see this at all"

What is the expected behavior?
expected behavior is to see a perfect 100/100 score

What went wrong?
Chrome likely does not follow some standards

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes don't remember

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Works fine for me on Windows-7, latest canary(54.0.2787.0) and the latest stable(51.0.2704.106- 64 bit). Screen-shot attached.

nicolai.imset@: Could you check this by resetting all the flags to default and confirm if there is any pre-condition to repro this.

disabled all the extensions and found the culprit.

Buffer 2.13.27
Buffer is the best way to share great content to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn from anywhere on the web, with just one click.
and got 100/100 with no rendering errors after disabling it.

With Buffer extension added I am able to reproduce the issue on the latest canary(54.0.2794.0) on Windows-7, Mac OS 10.11.5 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

Behaves the same on older chrome version: 35.0.1893.0. Marking this as 'Untriaged' and for more inputs on this.

This sounds like a bug in the extension itself, not the extensions platform.
