The ConfirmImportSyncDataDialog dialog specifies its own padding and title size, whereas the ConfirmManagedSyncDataDialog uses the default. Since the ConfirmImportSyncDataDialog was designed by the UI guys, we should make ConfirmManagedSyncDataDialog match it.

You'll probably want to use a style instead of a custom layout.
