Can't save custom APN for mobile operator PLUS GSM

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2704.103 Chrome OS Version: 8172.60.0 nyan-blaze Chrome OS Platform: HP Chromebook 14 G3 Network info: cellular operator, PLUS GSM (mobile operator in Poland) hwid: BLAZE F5S-F3F-D3Q-I8G Issue regards connecting to mobile operator using built in modem. Default APN for PLUS GSM LTE connection is not working - is simply incorrect for LTE. Correct one is: APN: internet user: plusgsm pass: plusgsm When I add custom APN (like above which is correct) and save it connection is not established (there is connection error) and when network setting window is opened again this setting is gone. Setting the same APN using crosh works and connection can be established however after resetting device setting is gone. It happens all the time. When I use USB modem with the same SIM card everything works. I'm able to save custome APN and it is persistent between resets of the device. This bug was investigated by Google Support and they've opened internal ticket for it https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=457364 Attached log was made during saving custom APN and trying to connect.

The APN persistence issue will be addressed by issue 457364. The "internet" APN for plus.pl is added to the mobile operator database.
