Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.60 (Official Build) 46a9ea04d63c03613e50f4df6d088de01ae8c1ef-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#538}(32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome, open 'DevTools' window and click on 'Toggle device toolbar' button. (2)Now go to more option and select 'show rulers' option. (3)Hover mouse on vertical rulers and observe. Actual:Unwanted grey line is seen on hovering mouse on vertical rulers reading. Expected:No such grey line should be seen on hovering mouse on vertical rulers reading. This is a Regression issue broken in M-52,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/d84a72067b279a3003783c9ed884452c20ecfd29..26908395d4441e5f5ad9f1785ecd82b295cc94fd?pretty=fuller&n=1000 Suspecting:r393157? This is intended. User can resize by dragging on the left side (similar to the right side). It just happens that ruler overlaps that, which is not a problem. |
