Chrome flickers on playing HTML5 video fullscreen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2782.1 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://bukwild.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit bukwild.com or sometimes YouTube
2. Screen flickers initially
3. Exit
4. Screen flickers on exit

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is flicker-less playback.

What went wrong?
Well, according to watching the log, on visiting the site errors like
[2008:2864:0630/004628:ERROR:gles2_cmd_decoder.cc(15110)] : [.DisplayCompositor-28504570]GL ERROR :GL_INVALID_OPERATION : glCreateAndConsumeTextureCHROMIUM: invalid mailbox name

are triggered. I attached my chrome://gpu page with the corresponding logs.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 53.0.2782.1  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This is on an Nvidia GeForce 2GB GPU on Windows 10/Alienware Alpha.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M53-53.0.2785.0. Observed no flickering while watching videos on both bukwild.com and yoTube.

Reporter@ - Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently? Is this issue seen on incognito mode as well? Could you please recheck this issue by upgrading your browser to latest canary version by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extension sin your browser.
