Unable to upload anything

I clicked upload on Google Drive and Microsoft Onedrive and nothing happened. Firefox worked so it isn't a bug with either of those websites. I do have several flags enabled which could be the cause.

Windows 10
53.0.2774.3 (Official Build) dev-m (64-bit)

I came back 30 minutes later and the dialog box for uploading a file was opened.

Thanks for taking the time to file feedback! Sounds like this is now working, and is also not an issue with the Settings page. If it happens again, please file feedback through the Chrome menu: "Help > Report an issue"
