Removing Cast extension does not remove icon from toolbar

Version: Version 52.0.2743.49 beta (64-bit)
OS: OS X 10.11.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Media Router
(2) Make sure no Cast icon appears in toolbar (remove it if it does)
(3) Install Cast extension from CWS, verify that icon appears in toolbar
(4) Go to chrome://extensions and remove the extension

What is the expected output?
Expect that Cast icon is removed from the toolbar

What do you see instead?
Cast icon remains in the toolbar.

I wasn't able to repro with 53.0.2783.2 on Linux (don't have access to a Mac at the moment.)  The Cast extension doesn't appear in chrome://extensions so it's not possible to perform step #4.

Can you please attach a screenshot of chrome://extensions after step 3?

I don't think it's worth getting this to root cause, since (1) there's now a check box to remove the toolbar action (2) the extension should not be appearing in chrome://extensions in the first place.

Stephen, if you can still repro #2 with a current (M55) build of Chrome, then feel free to reopen: that would be a bug.
