Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8172.47.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8172.47.0 (Official Build) stable-channel nyan_kitty

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. use a chrome book/ chrome base

What is the expected behavior?
The chrome os is for some reason eliminating the ability for duplex printing

I have an older Brother D-postfix printer (just 'D', no lousy 'C', 'N', or 'W') and it is hooked up via USB to a Windows machine running the cloud print proxy. When I try to cloud print to it, the duplex setting shows up.

paolof@ may be able to help take a look.
This sounds like bug 470901, so let's try to gather the information missing in that bug report:

Can you share ID of printer from details on https://www.google.com/cloudprint/#printers ?

1. go to https://www.google.com/cloudprint/#printers
2. Select printer with issue
3. press Details
4. Expand "Advanced Details"
5. Find "Printer ID" there

Here's my printer ID:

Brother MFC-9330CDW
Printer ID

Thanks for looking into this for me!
