Offline pages claims to save YouTube for offline

This is more a UX bug, but today if you enable all the offline pages features, then go to youtube.com, then bookmark it, then open the NTP, you will see that youtube is "available offline".  This is technically true, but none of the videos are available.

As long as the page itself is openable, saving the movie (or any other resource) along with the page is a request for advanced feature. Marking as such.
