Device Display goes black unexpectedly

Issue description

Google Chrome	53.0.2773.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Revision	ced2fcee2c85702055d028f4e3e48c5a75a7e41c-refs/heads/master@{#400610}
Platform	8517.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel cyan-cheets

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Log-in to user account.
Lift device from desk and place it again on the desk with some force

What do you see instead?
Device screen goes blank.

Need to press the power key or jerk the device again for screen display to come up. Lock screen is displayed.

Is it reproducible on M52 build or earlier M53 build?
Can you reproduce with another cyan device at same build?
