Incorrect ordering in Alt+Tab / Overview Mode |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2733.0 canary OS: Chrome 8513.0.0 Device: Minnie What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open a bunch of windows/apps (~10) 2. Repeatedly enter/exit Overview Mode What is the expected result? Everything should work normally What happens instead of that? At some point, certain windows stop appearing in Overview Mode It's possible that this also effects the Alt+Tab order. Alt+Tab works as expected after restarting. I filed a feedback report from the device.

Unable to repro on 53.0.2783.6 on Samus. Is this unique to touch-view devices?

Re #2 -- I don't think so, it seemed to be an issue with the number of windows that were open when entering overview mode.

I'm still unable to repro after many attempts. If someone can come up with more reliable repro steps I'll have someone take a look.
