Regression: Close (X) button is seen misplaced in Bookmarks bar

Issue description

Version: 53.0.2773.0/8517.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel x86-Alex, Daisy, Butterfly, Lumpy
OS:Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> go to bookmarks>> try to type something in search box>> and observe the" X" button

Expected: Close (X) button should be center aligned 
Actual: Instead Close (X) button is seen misplaced (Refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen latest M51: 51.0.2704.79/8172.47.0 stable-channel Daisy

Able to reproduce the issue on Butterfly using chrome version 53.0.2773.0/8517.0.0.
Adding the stable blocker as this is regression,Please feel free to remove if not the case.
