In chrome://print, More settings link is not clickable after pressing Cancel button.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5,10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://print and click on Cancel button on left side.
2) Now click on More settings link at bottom and observe.

On clicking More settings link, it does not work.

On clicking More settings link, it should work as the other drop-downs open.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1154.49)

Able to repro the issue on win8.1 chrome version 53.0.2783.2

chrome://print is an internal page and it's not guaranteed to work if you visit it directly. The right pane used to say something along the lines of "intentionally broken" but someone took it out. Please don't bother testing this.
