What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome -> Go to above URL
(2)Now scroll down to the bottom of the page 
(3)Now observe Language Drop down(Please refer Screenshot)

Note: Issue is clearly seen when the page Zoomed up to 125 % 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Language Drop down should not be seen chopped
Actual: Instead Language Drop down  is seen chopped

This is Regression Issue broken in M-53
