Regression: Weird white patch is observed while playing any youtube video.

Chrome Version: 53.0.2783.0 (Official Build)956d75c97da94022381b07c336a4c258b04fb8bc-refs/heads/master@{#402676} 64 bit.
OS: Mac retina (10.11.5)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.youtube.com/
2. Play any video, click on back navigation button 
3. Play other video and observe the video while playing.

Actual: Weird white patch is observed while playing any youtube video.

Expected : No such white patch should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-53, will soon update the other info.

What makes you suspect my change? My change only adds some metrics logging and could not cause this issue.

Easier repro case: open a new Incognito window and parts of it are white rectangles
