Extensions hard to find in new Settings

* Opened Settings in Chrome Canary
* Looked for Extensions on main page and in the side menu 
* Didnt'find the extensions here, but would've expected them here

We are planning to add links to Extensions/History. For now, you can go directly to chrome://extensions or go through the Chrome menu: "More tools > Extensions"
