Great feedback. dmazzoni@ can we consider a slightly different earcon to indicate this progress? I think using the page load earcon may confuse users who are used to it in the page load context.

Having a higher beep as happens in Orca and NVDA would be wonderful. I find this implementation to be extremely helpful.
