Reproduction Steps: 
1. This most likely belongs in Google text-to-speech
2. Most screen readers/TTS have pronunciation editor
3. It should be possible to input phrase and type/dictate how it should be uttered

As an example of the value in this feature, my name is spelled Nimer. Most text-to-speech voices have no idea how to pronounce it. In actuality, it should be pronounced Nimmer. I should be able to input the original name Nimer and the pronunciation Nimmer and have it be pronounced correctly throughout the system. In addition, controls for case sensitivity would be valuable as well.
