link http://www.ourstartpage.com/?type=nt opens when I create a new tab on my chrome. I can't apply any themes from chrome store at all. I assumed it is a web bug, as I do not recall downloading this.

Is this licensed by chrome? If yes, I really could use a non full bright green background, as it is not visible. Can I please have the old chrome back??
