Bookmarks bar and omnibox flicker while recording screen video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open browser and bookmark few websites
2. Install screencastify screen recorder app from webstore
3. Open the extension and click 'Record Desktop'

What do you see instead?
Bookmarks bar and omnibox start flickering

I only have after-fix build and couldn't repro this any more. I think the fix also fixed this problem?
