Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) python catapult/telemetry/bin/run_tests
(2) git status

What is the expected output?

All non-binary files that have been changed by running the tests

What do you see instead?

All non-binary files that have been changed by running the tests and                    

telemetry/telemetry/bin/linux/x86_64/hprof-conv
telemetry/telemetry/internal/testing/page_sets/data/example_domain_001.wpr

I think we are just missing .gitignore in the folder that stores binaries fetched by the dep manager.
