Issue description

Can you let me know when I can test with MathML in vox next? Also, I work with a BrailleSense APEX for a braille terminal, which appears to not work.

Re-enable support for Math in ChromeVox Next

TEST=navigate to mathjax.org. Tab to the first math expression. Observe help message (prompting to hit shift+space). Verify exploration (arrow keys) leads to verbal output.
