That suspect CL is almost certainly not it; that was just removing a lot of code that was totally unused anyway.

I'm not seeing this crash in go/chromecrash, I'll see if reproduces. Otherwise, this looks like an uncommon crash in an area of the code that we're hoping to unlink. Am I missing some context for why it's P1?

I'm not getting a reproduction and I'm not fearing this bug very much. I'm marking as WontFix, please feel free to reopen if I'm missing something.
