google play movie hit error on Mac+Chrome 53.0.2774.3.

I see the attached error in playing Google Play movie. This NOT repro on Windows OS with the same Chrome build.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) play any google play movie in Chrome
e.g https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/My_Big_Fat_Greek_Wedding_2?id=vFsiYCBSmOo


What is the expected output?
video plays normally

What do you see instead?
api error as attached screenshot

this issue repro on non-EME video as well, e.g movie trailor

I don't see this issue repro anymore on 53.0.2785.8. it should be fixed by Google Play team.
