Clusterfuzz runs OSX 10.9.5 and has found a security bug that does not reproduce in modern versions of OSX. Due to corp policies, it is difficult to get OSX 10.9.5 except as a VM. I need an OSX 10.9.5 vm in order to work on  https://crbug.com/620952 .

Time: I only expect to need this for 1 day.
