New MD settings page "Advanced" button doesn't update cursor

Project Member Reported by varkha@chromium.org, Jun 28 2016

Issue description

New MS settings page "Advanced" button doesn't update cursor (or updates it to a wrong cursor).

repro steps:
Go to chrome://md-settings.
Scroll down and hower over Advanced.

Expected an arrow cursor. Getting a hairline text cursor instead although the button still works.

As part of the cursor updates, can we give a pointer cursor to the "Advanced" button"?

This looks like it was already fixed. It is now the hand cursor.
Michael@, that's a question for Alan.

Alan, would you like the Advanced toggle at the bottom to get a hand cursor
or an arrow cursor? If you'd like to to be a hand cursor, please mark this Fixed.
