tryserver.chromium.perf trybots are not available under "Choose trybots" on Rietveld

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open any Chromium patch (e.g. https://codereview.chromium.org/2108593003/)
(2) Click on "Choose trybots"

What is the expected output?
It should be possible to start a try job on the perf trybots (e.g. https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.perf/builders/android_nexus5_perf_bisect/).

What do you see instead?
It isn't possible :-(

The problem is that perf try jobs require an extra configuration file to be included in the CL. We are looking into making it easier to run perf tryjobs as part of q3 planning. We are currently thinking about making them easy to run from the perf dashboard.

This is pretty old and probably obsolete, since we've completely redone the way perf try jobs are initiated. Specifically, they can be started via pinpoint-dot-appspot.com in just a few clicks.
