Regression: Page remain zoomed after exiting fullscreen mode.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2782.0 (Official Build) 4f1d832918c5966df3cc8ac1d23c8c1544262cee-refs/heads/master@{#402386}-32/64 bit. OS: Windows 10(Touch device) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome,navigate to espn.in and play the video(First video seen on page). 2. Click on Fullscreen icon, pinch to zoom in (10 times) and then exit fullscreen icon. 3. Observe. Actual: Page remain in zoom-in state after exiting fullscreen mode, also unable to zoom out via touch. Expected: Page should be seen properly after exiting fullscreen mode. This is regression issue broken in M-51, below is other info. Good build: 51.0.2667.0 Bad build: 51.0.2668.0 Changelog url:(Providing changelog as unable to play video on chromium build) https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/51.0.2667.0..51.0.2668.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: r379398 ?
