OS:Windows (7,8,10),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/editDictionary
(2)Type a new word, click on Add button then remove it by clicking on cancel icon.
(3)Reload the page and observe.

Actual:Unnecessary 'cancel' icon stays after reloading the page.

Expected:No such 'cancel' icon  should be seen on reloading the page.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-50,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue.

Above issue is not seen on Mac.
