Regression:Unnecessary 'cancel' icon stays after reloading the page in chrome://md-settings

Issue descriptionChrome version:53.0.2782.0 (Official Build) 4f1d832918c5966df3cc8ac1d23c8c1544262cee-refs/heads/master@{#402386}(32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,10),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/editDictionary (2)Type a new word, click on Add button then remove it by clicking on cancel icon. (3)Reload the page and observe. Actual:Unnecessary 'cancel' icon stays after reloading the page. Expected:No such 'cancel' icon should be seen on reloading the page. This is a Regression issue broken in M-50,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/41f2fe9d2925a4cb17582dfa974217f5765e83d5..eb03cb632cb741486a45d84b32212720f1f649f8?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting:r376071? Good build:50.0.2654.0 Bad build:50.0.2655.0 Kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue. Above issue is not seen on Mac.
